Who He Serves

Tamara Kasper is dedicated to supporting children with complex communication needs and the families who care for them.
As a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, she has worked with children with challenging behavior since 1990 and has specialized in autism intervention since 1995. Her deep commitment to the children she serves has continually guided her to seek and integrate evidence-based approaches across disciplines—ensuring care that is both compassionate and effective in real-world settings.

Tamara Kasper is a dually certified behavior analyst and speech-language pathologist with over 36 years of expertise in autism intervention.

Dr. Sacha Rombouts (he/him) is a Clinical Psychologist and has extensive clinical experience working with families, youth, and adults across a variety of settings. Dr. Sacha Rombouts is on the APS Autism Identified Practitioner List and he is a trained facilitator of the Secret Agent Society (SAS) program for children with social skills difficulties. Sacha is also dedicated to working with couples to help them achieve long-lasting, fulfilling relationships. He has been trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Dr. Sacha Rombouts has a passion for working with children and believes in supporting positive changes to all layers of a child’s life, including family and school. This means that his role extends to giving talks to school staff and parents. He loves having fun and tries to make his time with all clients as enjoyable as possible. As the Founder of Happy Minds Australia, Dr. Sacha Rombouts believes in adopting a personal approach and has a lifelong dedication to the ongoing development of the skills he teaches to clients. He draws upon evidence based frameworks such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
