In addition to teaching, I serve as both the Fieldwork Coordinator and Program Coordinator for the MA in ABA program, supporting graduate students as they develop ethical, effective, and socially responsive practice. I am deeply committed to cultivating cultural humility and advancing anti-racism and anti-ableism practices within ABA service delivery. I support professionals and families in navigating complex clinical and ethical questions, including: •Neurodiversity-affirming approaches to ABA •Increasing self-determination and autonomy •Ethical decision-making in service delivery •Thoughtful use of telehealth as a service model •Balancing clinical effectiveness with human-centered care These consultations are intended to provide guidance, reflection, and ethical support for those navigating nuanced cases or evolving professional questions.
